[Dragon Quest Island] 3 events you’ll want to experience during next week’s 3-day weekend
Next weekend is a three-day weekend! 3 additional quests to enjoy! In addition to the usual attraction experience, Dragon Quest Island, the hugely popular attraction at Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori,” is hosting a variety of additional events every day! Today , we’ll be introducing three recommended events that will be held over the three-day weekend next week! 1. DQI & II collaboration event This is a collaboration event with the HD-2D version of “Dragon Quest I & II” released last year! Called “Reviving Roto’s Memory Rally,” players will be challenged with four challenges that recreate familiar scenes from the game! Adventurers who overcome all four challenges will receive an original sticker exclusive to “Dragon Quest Island”! Complete this limited-time collaboration event, which can be enjoyed in addition to the regular attraction experience! Event period Until Sunday, March 22, 2026 Fee free *Attraction ticket purchase is required. *Children aged 11 and under (elementary school students and younger) must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the attractions, and the accompanying person must also purchase a ticket. A 120m long impact Be brave and jump in together! “Godzilla Interception Operation,” a popular attraction at Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori,” is an experiential attraction where you can participate in monitoring a life-size Godzilla (120m long) that is inactive within the park! There are many different ways to enjoy the attraction, including a “zip line” where you hang from a thick metal rail and jump into Godzilla’s wide-open mouth, and a “gun shooting” where you fight Godzilla cells, so instead of just watching, you can actually experience various things as you progress, making it a different kind of fun than a ride! New elements appear! The Ashigaru Course (Intermediate) has been partially renewed! The giant athletics facility “Uppare! Sengoku Daibouken!” at Awaji Island’s “Crayon Shin-chan Adventure Park” has four courses divided by height, making it extremely popular with everyone from small children to adults!
